Refund policy

CreatorVault products are digital downloads. Access is granted as soon as checkout is complete.

If a file will not open, a link is missing, or you were charged in error, contact us from your membership support chat. We will repair access or refund a purchase that was not delivered.

Because the files can be downloaded immediately, we cannot refund a completed, delivered order simply because you changed your mind. If something is wrong with the product itself, tell us and we will make it right.
